Walk-by consumption data recording

The Q walk-by can be described in short and succinct terms. Thanks to the use of the latest wireless technology, there is no need to go to every individual meter. The metering service employees can use a mobile data collector within a pre-defined time window to collect the data in the stairwell, or even in the front garden in the case of smaller properties. Laborious appointment-making with tenants is no longer required, and the time required per reading is also reduced, as are annoying transmission errors caused by manual data import. This simplification allows the increased demands made on the availability of the readout data to be met. Whether it’s the tenant inquiring about plausibility as planned in the new German heating cost directive, or the further use of these data e.g. for intelligent energy management. The Q walk-by system has already been designed in such a way that you can upgrade to the technologies of the future, e.g. automated data transmission with the Q AMR system without any problems.
