Global standard for intelligent house and building control

KNX is the global standard for intelligent house and building control and complies with European and international standards (EN 50090, ISO/IEC 14543). The KNX technology was born from the technical combination of the three Bus standards established throughout Europe: EIB (electro-installation technology), EHS (domestic appliances and entertainment electronics) and Batibus (heating/ventilation/air conditioning).

The aim of this integration was to create an international industrial standard with comfortable user guidance for all areas of intelligent house and building control.
KNX enables all the elements of house and building control to be linked in a network, from lighting through heating to the alarm system, and provides a significant increase in convenience, safety and economy in both functional and residential buildings. The comprehensive international recognition of the KNX standard provides both architects and house builders and investors with a maximum safety level.

QUNDIS took an active part in this association right from the beginning and counts on an open system structure with simple connection to KNX networks in all its developments.
