Meet QUNDIS at the Salon de la Copropriété

QUNDIS is participating for the first time at the 22nd edition of the “salon de la Copropriété” that takes place this year on Wednesday, 23 and Thursday, November 24, at Hall 6 of the Porte de Versailles in Paris.

This edition will be supported by the Green Building Plan, with a common mission towards exhibitors and visitors: promoting the implementation of energy efficiency targets in condominiums. Therefore, Energy-efficiency improvements targeted at existing buildings will be at the heart of the 2016 edition.

This event is the first place for building management and real estate valuation in France. It will count on the presence of Emmanuelle Cosse, Minister of the Environment, and Philippe Pelletier Chairman of the Green Building Plan.

It brings together the City of Paris, the Green Building Plan of the Ministry of Environment, number of trade federations such FNAIM, UNIS, CAPEB, ADEME, the French Federation of Lifts, Elevators Online; And companies such as Engie, EDF, GRDF-IDF, Orange, Crédit Foncier, le Village Ascenseurs. Most of the leading French service providers will also exhibit in Paris.

The fair will bring together twelve thousand visitors, 40% of condominium owners and 60% of professionals with 170 professional exhibitors of the condominium trade , more than 40 conferences and training courses are conducted by top industry experts and personalized consultations with building management & asset valuation professionals.
