From the basketball court to the production floor

QUNDIS has been supporting the Basketball Löwen Erfurt team as an official sponsor since 2022, and also exclusively sponsors the team's annual Easter camp. On 27 March 2024 the participants were able to take an exclusive look behind the scenes at QUNDIS in Erfurt. During their visit they took part in four different activities: at a soldering station set up especially for them, the young people were able to solder their own handicraft project in the form of figures of ghosts and bats.

During a tour of the production facility, they had the opportunity to take a closer look at the various machines and stations which make up the production process, and to ask questions about the manufacture of heat cost allocators. In the on-site training centre they were introduced to the various meters produced by QUNDIS, and at a handicraft station they were able to make their own thermometer in the style of a heat cost allocator.

Before they left, all the participants also received a chocolate farewell gift.

The QUNDIS commitment to the future

For QUNDIS, the promotion of children and young people is at the core of its brand. In line with its claim “Your way forward”, the company invests locally and regionally in Thuringia, whether through environmental protection campaigns such tree planting with the Baumpaten Thüringen tree sponsors – or with initiatives that benefit the success and health of younger generations, such as the Basketball Löwen Easter camp.

Our support for the Easter camp is part of a wider social commitment at QUNDIS, which the company will continue to expand and consolidate in the years to come.
