The QUNDIS smart metering platform (Q SMP) rounds off the use of the Q AMR remote meter reading system: while the QUNDIS remote meter reading system (Q AMR) enables consumption data to be recorded remotely, Q SMP controls and monitors the process. In concrete terms, the cloud-based Q SMP provides users with the required metering data fully automatically by email or SFTP, and in various file formats.

The consumption data recorded for a building is immediately available for individual processing, e.g. for heating and operating cost billing, for consumption information during the year or for analysis purposes. This data can also be used for further applications (e.g. tenant portals, apps). All the data streams of the QUNDIS smart metering platform Q SMP are encrypted and comply with the GDPR. As a user, you therefore have full control over your own data.

This is how the solution works.

You can manage and monitor the remote meter reading of your buildings via the QUNDIS smart metering platform (Q SMP) web portal.

The management dashboard gives you a quick overview of the status of all your Q AMR systems.
The gateway management allows you to view the current operating status of your QUNDIS gateways at any time, and add location information.
Conveniently configure the regular readout intervals for each gateway with an individual starting date and a maintenance readout if required.
With Q gateway 5 there are several ways to assign the Q AMR networks to be read out - either manually via the automatic installation function, or after performing a network scan.
To make it even easier to set up network scans or record consumption data, you can use the profile settings to store a standard data set with email addresses and attached passwords.
You have complete control over the use of your data. The data processing complies with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation and European data security standards. If desired, a data processing agreement can be concluded in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
