Join in now! Children plant trees for the climate – in Erfurt on 5 May

For the third time the international environmental initiative Plant-for-the-Planet and QUNDIS are organising a day of action on behalf of the climate. On 5 May 2018 the Children’s Academy will be taking place at the HQ of QUNDIS GmbH in Erfurt.

This climate conservation event is aimed at kids aged between 9 and 12. At the all-day event they receive interesting background know-how on climate change. In addition they experience much fun it can be to get involved in environmental protection by planting trees themselves. After all, trees absorb and bind CO2, which reduces the greenhouse effect and helps to stabilise the climate.

At the end of the Children’s Academy all participants receive the title of “Climate change ambassador”. They receive books, T-shirts and information material with which they can also get their friends and family interested in protecting the climate.

All kids within the above age range are welcome to participate in the Children’s Academy. Anyone interested can register free of charge now at: https://www.plant-for-the-planet.org/de/mitmachen/akademien/20180505-erfurt/details
